Musicians from Wayne State University's Chamber Orchestra, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the University of Michigan will be featured in an American Romanian Music Festival this week in Ann Arbor and Detroit showcasing music by more than a half-dozen leading Romanian composers of the 20th Century. The $20,000 budget is possible through partnerships with Wayne State, U-M and donations from private individuals.
